There is more within me waiting to be discovered, expressed, and enjoyed.

I have an innate capacity to heal, learn, and grow. I don’t need to force the process. I can show up with curiosity, awareness, and a willingness to participate in my own becoming.

Along the way, I may discover habits, beliefs, and ways of responding that no longer serve me. Some of them developed when I was doing the best I could with what I knew and had available to me. I can appreciate how they once helped me without needing to carry them forward.

I can look honestly at myself with compassion. My shortcomings do not diminish my worth, and my past does not define the possibilities of my future.

There is wisdom in paying attention. My reactions can teach me about what matters to me, what I value, and where I might choose differently. I can listen to what arises without judging myself for it. Awareness gives me the opportunity to respond with intention rather than simply repeat what is familiar.

And I can remember that growth is not only about changing what no longer serves me. It is also about discovering what brings me alive.

What interests me? What inspires me? What would I love to explore, create, experience, or share?

I can reach beyond the expectations of others and the limitations I may have placed upon myself. I can try something new, follow a curiosity, take a chance, or give myself permission to dream bigger.

I don’t have to know how everything will unfold to take one step toward something meaningful.

And all along the way, I can open my heart to the love and guidance of Spirit, to the beauty around me, and to the goodness that comes through others. I can receive it, appreciate it, and enjoy it.

There is so much more to life than what I have already known, and so much more within me than what I have already expressed.

I can keep learning. Keep opening. Keep reaching for the stars.

Grounding questions

  1. What is something within me that I would love to explore or express?

  2. Where might I be ready to grow beyond an old habit or expectation?

  3. What small step could I take today toward something that brings me alive?

  4. How can I open myself to receiving and enjoying the love and goodness available to me?
