Terms & Conditions for Luma Dawn Healing

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, programs, website, and any materials offered by Luma Dawn Healing (“we” / “us” / “our”), you (“Client” / “you” / “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all these terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
2. Services & Scope
We provide trauma-informed coaching, grief healing work, online modules, community gatherings, and other related services (“Services”). You understand that coaching is a partnership and not a substitute for therapy, medical, or mental health treatment.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to engage honestly, attend scheduled sessions, complete any agreed-upon tasks, and communicate openly.
You accept that your progress depends on your own efforts, commitment, and participation.
If you are under the care of a mental health professional or have significant medical or psychological issues, you will inform your professional and ensure you are eligible for this work.
If you determine that this program is not the right fit for you, you are required to contact me via text or email within 48 hours after your FIRST session to terminate the contract. Otherwise, you are responsible for payment in full, based on the terms of the contract you signed.
4. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Fees for packages, individual sessions, online modules, or community access will be listed on our website or in the service agreement at the time of purchase.
Payment is due as specified (Stripe) and must be made before or in accordance with the schedule provided.
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, all fees are non-refundable (see #3 for more information).
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, you may forfeit the session.
If we must cancel or reschedule from our side, we will offer an alternative time.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship or program early by providing written notice.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.
Upon termination, access to modules, community, or other materials may be revoked.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We will keep client information private and confidential except as required by law (for example, in cases of threat of self-harm or harm to others). You agree to our published Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials (workbooks, videos, modules, recordings) provided through the Services are the property of Luma Dawn Healing or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or share these materials without our prior written permission.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We make no guarantees or warranties as to specific outcomes or results from the Services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue the Services.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by arbitration/mediation OR court in Collier County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post them on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. By continuing to access or use our Services, you accept the modified Terms.
